As part of your business agreement, you will be assigned 1, 3, 5, 10 or 15 days of planning (as defined by the software`s insurance coverage). These days, your software insurance manager can increase the number of planning days available by converting unused training voucher days to the Volume Quality Services Centre. Other instructions can be included in the VLSC software insurance guide (PDF, 785 KB). The customer may not install or use non-Microsoft product software or technology that would subject Microsoft`s intellectual property to obligations beyond the obligations contained in these professional terms of service or in the customer`s volume license agreement. 1. The services provided under coupons are provided as part of an agreement between the customer and the qualified Microsoft Learning partner. Products currently in general support, as defined in Microsoft`s lifecycle management policy, are eligible for 24×7 problem-solving support. Microsoft can add support for new products or set up support for existing products. Microsoft notifies the customer if the implementation of Microsoft products cannot be supported by the customer. If the client does not change the implementation to support it effectively within 30 days of notification, Microsoft is not required to provide additional support services for this implementation. Customers can renew SA under another volume licensing program by acquiring SA as part of an existing open value agreement, MPSA, Select, Select Plus or Enterprise registration.
For customers who re-acquired SA as part of a business registration, this exemption applies only to additional products and products that do not go beyond a company-wide obligation. For all programs with the exception of MPSA or Select Plus, the order must be valid for the remainder of the existing agreement or registration (i.e. SA x the number of years remaining at the time of notification, including a partial year). In MPSA or Select Plus, the order will be for 36 months. For the 2008 and earlier contract versions, as long as coverage is extended within 30 days (90 days if the Extension of the Open License program is extended), customers apply for any period between the expiry of their SA coverage and the start of new coverage as SA coverage.
